What Ouaqti keeps about you, what it is used for, and what you can do about it. In plain words.

Who we are
Ouaqti is a time-tracking site run from Morocco. For any question about your data, write to us: the address is at the bottom of this page.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address, your name, and your picture if you add one. Your password is kept in a scrambled form that nobody can read, us included.
- What you track: your categories, your sessions (start, end, length) and the notes you write on them.
- Your settings: language, first day of the week, timezone, light or dark, and whether you have already seen the latest news about the site.
- The date you signed up and the last time you used Ouaqti.
The demo keeps nothing: it runs in your browser and forgets everything when you leave.
Signing in with Google or GitHub
If you choose to sign in with Google or GitHub, they give us your name, your email address and the address of your profile picture. We use your name and your email to create your account.
We never see your Google or GitHub password, and we get no access to your mail, your files or your code.
What we use it for
- To run your account and show you where your time goes.
- To send you the emails your account needs: confirming your address, a login link, a new password.
We do not show advertising and we do not send advertising.
Who can see it
Only you see your categories, your sessions and your notes.
The person who runs Ouaqti sees the list of accounts (name, email, sign-up date, last activity) and numbers about use, such as how many sessions and how much time in total. Technical access to the database exists to keep the service working. It is not used to read what you track.
Who helps us run Ouaqti
- Supabase keeps the database and handles sign-in. The data is stored in Paris, France.
- Railway runs the server that shows you the site.
- Google and GitHub, only if you sign in with them.
We do not sell your data and we do not give it to advertisers.
Cookies and your browser
One cookie keeps you signed in. Another remembers your language. Your browser also remembers whether you chose light or dark and whether the bell is on.
There are no advertising cookies and no tracking tools.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, it is removed at once with your categories, your sessions and your picture.
Your choices
- Download what you tracked: Settings, then "Your data".
- Change your name, your picture or your password: Settings.
- Delete your account and everything in it: Settings, then "Delete my account". You can also ask us by email.
Changes to this page
If this page changes in a way that matters to you, we will say so on the site before the change applies. The date at the top tells you when it was last updated.
